We ordered a product for Christmas present on Dec 8th. My Daughter has been calling me weekly Since Christmas Day, asking where it is? how embarrassing... It is now Jan 29th and still have not received the order. We have made at least 6 calls to customer service and still do not have a date for when our product will arrive. Would not recommend placing online orders with this company.

I made a purchase from Bookstone Jan. 2...It is now Jab. 15 and no product - a PILLOW. But Brookstone was so thankful for my order that they keep sending coupons to purchase more?????Really. I have called Brookstone since they have also sent inquiries as to how happy I am with my purchase???? REALLY REALLY. First customer rep could not even find my order and said she would get back in 48 hours via phone. Well 48 hours have past ad now the 2nd rep says headquarters is on it ad they are blaming Leggett who has the product....again a pillow. Shame on Brookstone. I called Leggett corp. They found it1, 2, 3 and I was shipped out yesterday. So you tell me Brookstone what this says about your customer service and your corporate. I did not want to give any stars but I had to if I wanted to submit this review.

I was in Las Vegas store recently and had the awesome pleasure of being service by Julius. He has to be one of the best, personable sales guy I have ever come across. and I mean EVER. This man should be training all Brookstone personnel on how it's done and is a true asset of this company

I will never order from them again, placed an order for Christmas which the assured me that they would deliver. Never received my purchase and when I called there customer service number, they could care less. TERRIBLE customer service.

I am disappointed in their customer service. Ordered an item on 12/2/11, told it was "in stock" and now no one at the customer service dept. can give me answer as to when I can expect it. One little boy will be disappointed. Poor way to do business...
