Staff is always helpful. The selection is always good. When we were appliance shopping we were overwhelmed by the process of choosing best brand, service record, price, etc. The manager at this store made everything so much easier. He really worked with us and made us feel confidant about our purchase.

Bad to do business with. Since I lived 25 miles from the store, they were going to charge me $119.00 to deliver a refridgerator...even though they tout "free delivery". They lost the sell on a $1500.00 fridge, as well as, washer and dryer. They refused to honor their free delivery charge.
