I just got my Rainbow repaired & found that this company was very professional. Service was quick & reasonable. I found out that they are the only real Rainbow Distributors in the area.

I first found out about this dealer through craigs list on an add that they ran for repairing rainbows. I responded and they came out and took my old rainbow and told me they would give me a free estimate. Ok that was fine until they would not give it back when they told me the bill would be over $700.00 and they had went ahead and fixed the machine without my permission. That is terriable service. I called the factory which is Rexair at (248) 643-7222 and they made them give me back my machine and then they refered me to a more wholesome dealer that took care of the issue from there. Thank you rexair for not letting theese anmials take advantage of a single women like me. I will tell all I can about this awful expierance.
