I have been there and they fixed my known problems. They literally inspected my vehicle for free just to reassure my families safety. I'm very satisfied with this company so far, please keep it up and I'll always go back.

place sucks paid $1000.00 to have ball joints done they ripped the skirts out and saying that they did not take them off they beat the caps on with what looks like they beat it on with a sledge hammer. I when I talked thr manager he just denied it then I ask to speck to someone above him and he stated that there was no one above him to talk to. Dont use these guys unless u want to runinto the same problems. They are far from professional. maybe professional hacks but that is about it !!!!

I like the work they did...bill was about 350.00 to cut and fit pipes...60.00 parts..almost 300.00 labor!!!.took little over an hour .......work was good , but labor was about 150.00 or so too high...

Don't let their name deceive you. These guys do quite a bit more than mufflers and brakes. I was visiting family in the area and had the check engine light come on during my drive from Maine to New Bedford on a Friday night. My brother in law told me to try them because he new I could go there on a Saturday w/o an appointment. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and Mark the service guy called my by 9 am with a price change an air flow sensor. I also had them change the oil. The prices seemed fair and the service was excellent.

This business deserves better than a 5-star rating. They explained everything that needed to be done, gave an estimate, and immediately began work on my 1992 toyota. Had a broken muffler hanger. They welded on a new piece, took the time to show me the problem, and I actually could watch the repair being done. My tech, Bob, went beyond his job. He was super cordial and patient with all my questions, even addressed a problem with the hood latch and antifreeze. I have never received such high-quality, professional, and courteous treatment as I did at Muffler & Brake on Church St, N.B.. Kudos to your whole team for making this a pleasant experience. I will definitely refer family and friends. And a special thanks to Bob. You went far beyond what the job called for, and I appreciate it. Other businesses should take lessons from you guys on how to make a customer feel comfortable and valued. "Upper management" should read this, and know the value of your service. I do. Pat Maciel
