We were told by her staff they accepted our insurance. After the visit we received a bill, Keep in mind they took all of the insurance information on the initial visit, I called to see why insurance did not pay. Their reply, we do not take that insurance. They told me that I would have to file the claim. Then I could pay them after I receive the payment from the insurance. I stayed in contact with the office. Next thing I know about 60 days late (insurance still had not paid) Jamie is calling me telling me she is going to sue me. I asked for what? She said non payment. I explained the situation and she refused to listen. I stopped what I was doing, went to her office, and paid the bill. Two years later, I find out that she actually file the small claims suit and then dismissed it. So, if someone does a search it would show I had been sued. Was this dishonest, poor management, or horrible customer service??? All of the above.
