Based in Charleston S.C., Palmetto Behavioral Health is a behavioral health care organization specializing in the treatment of mental health and substance abuse disorders and serves the coastal and Pee Dee areas of South Carolina. The facility offers a full range of treatment programs for children, adolescents and adults. This includes substance abuse programs, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization, and adolescent residential treatment programs. The program treats children and adolescents suffering from a full spectrum of emotional and behavioral difficulties including depression, mood disorders, anger, anxiety, suicidal/homicidal thoughts, post traumatic stress disorder, drug or alcohol abuse or dependence.
