I purchased a used Canadian pontoon boat from Creative Marine in 2021, the existing Johnson outboard engine was junk. I liked the boat so I asked to swap/upgrade the the engine & settled for what was supposed to be an new old stock Tohatsu 15hp outboard, it was installed by Creative Marine. All was well till the impeller started to fail this year most likely due to the engine sitting around for several years beforeI got it. When I asked them about fixing it, they blocked my cellphone number. Tried calling using a different phone, the calls are never answered. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
