Absolute garbage!!! Took in my brand new $100 shirts from Men's Warehouse (never worn) and get them back with my sleeve buttons broken. When I took them back to get the issue resolved I was told it wasn't there fault and the buttons were poor quality. I told him he needs to correct this and I was told verbatim "take a hike" I couldn't believe the disrespect from an owner that accept no responsibility for his poor quality of service. I now have 5 unusable shirts that have never been worn once! If you need a dry cleaner don't waste your time here, sad because they used to be really good.

Carriage Cleaners really is a great service for everday dry-cleaning/laundry. The owner does the best he can on every item. They are the cheapest around which I believe if your looking for a quick service Carriage Cleaners is a great choice. They don't take super luxurious items other than wedding attire/prom dresses/formals because the beadwork is too much of a risk but they are a general Cleaners so that is expected. Plus, they have great customer service! I've been going there for years. Highly recommended!

I had the worst experience here! I brought my wedding dress to be dry cleaned after I had my bridals taken and when I got it back it was ruined. Three buttons on the back were missing, some of the stitching on the bodice was ripped, and the lace sleeve was torn. When I called and talked to the manager he was very rude and tried to blame it on me. He wouldn't give me a refund or try to do anything about it because "he would lose money". He told me to take it back to Davids Bridal and have them fix it. Worst customer service ever! He kept acting put off that he even had to talk to me. Don't go here!

The owner is a joke. Maybe you should try something else.
