Employees are not friendly. Clothes are poor quality. Check anything you want to buy carefully. The last time I went I put multiple things back when I found holes in them. When I got home a found a hole in a shirt I did buy. Don't waste your time taking good quality clothes to sell. They won't buy them.

Items are in a fairly good condition but waaaay overpriced

Awful. I called to see if they bought cribs and was told yes. When I walked in the door with part of my crib, all four employees rudely told me that they do not buy cribs back and just stared at me. Then one proceeded to tell me every excuse as to why I was at fault for bringing the crib in. No one ever apologized or offered to see if another store bought cribs or anything. I've been in the store twice now and will never return. Both times the employees were very short and rude. Worst customer service and management I've seen in a long time.

This store is way over priced. I know you guys are on the north side where everything is expensive but a toy that coats $70 should not be sold used for $65! From now on I will be going to the other Once Upon A Child. The employees at this location are rude. I heard one cussing. This store doesn't purchase as much as the other one!
