      I've had a handful of bad insurance experiences in the past. Certainly enough to appreciate a really great agent when I have one. Kyle has been that for me the past several years for home, auto, life, and even my hog of a 50cc scooter. Everything is done quickly, on time, without hassle, which is as good as it gets in the insurance world.
