      A Yeti cup was setup to be engraved for my daughters teacher. It was dropped off on a Wednes. for a Fri. afternoon pickup. I was given a price of $26. I brought the paperwork back in to pickup my order after work Fri. At first the lady looked confused after I handed her my receipt. She went in the back and the person who had written up the order on Wednes. stated rudely; that she "called me" as she walked toward me. I did not receive a phone call or a vm from their store! "They didn't engrave the cup because they needed my permission to proceed. "The engraver said to her "that it is now $36", they can engrave it if I wanted to come back." I live in Melb. Bch., and it would have been over a 90 min drive to pick the item up at a later time.

      Instead I left knowing I would never step foot in their store again!

      If I misquoted someone in writing representing my small store, I would make sure I called the customer making verbal contact, correct my misquoted price, and apologize.

      Will never use this jeweler again. Left my wedding ring and band to have soldered together. After 10 days or so...I picked up the ring and it no longer fits my finger. I returned to Palm Bay Jewelers and they claim it's not their fault and would fix it for an additional $150.00. What? I have had them soldered before and it never changed the size of the ring. I have worn them for over 25 years and they have fit perfect. NEVER use this Jeweler. They don't stand behind their work.
