If you value your time dont go to FIINA. What is the point of booking an appointment if you have to wait an hour. Not the artist fault but the owners who book the appointments. Everytime I book an appointment I have to wait for more than half an hour. Its beyond annoying more like disrespectful because I drive an hour to come. They only let you know that they are behind when you arrive.

Sweetest people. I didn't think I would spend hours at the place for a refill though... I might've been there for about 2 1/2 hours as the girl who was doing my nails was still learning. I also paid twice as much because a design(and other expenses) was charged when I didn't want a design to begin with. But again, this place is clean, smells good, the workers are respectful and friendly, the owners don't talk to each other in their language so you won't think they're talking bad about you (hahaha), and it's a really great salon overall. Only come here if you have extra time and a few extra dollars.

Worst place ever. Almost everyone but the owner are learning how to do nails on customers. I went in thinking it was downtown Passaic so not to expect much and oh boy was I right. I paid $100 for nails that looked like my 3yr old did the work and when I asked for a pedicure the lady completely messed up, she didn't know what she was doing and all the other employees came to her rescue to show her how to mix the pedicure gel, the one girl was shocked and told her the water was cold as ice and they wanted me to stay there and wait while they taught her. Amazing staff, good service . They do really nice design , the owner very sweet and friendly .nail last long , rhinestone didn't come off for a month .
