I guess you can only shop at this store if you are rich. I walked in this store and was totally ignored. People that came in after me were assisted, but not me. I was there to buy an engagement ring. After about 15 minutes of not being waited on. I walked out, and went to MRT Jewelers in East Providence,RI where I received a warm welcome, and was assisted very well with my purchase.

I've had great luck with this jeweler and would highly recommend them for their work and honesty. They always try to please and do a great job finding just the right gifts for me.

Had my wedding band sized, the milgrain braid on ring was damaged, diamonds were dirty had to ask for them to be cleaned, owner was very condescending. . . I had to bring my band to another jeweler for repair, diamonds in the band were even loose, . . very sloppy work
