Terrible service. They will take your child as a patient, gain their trust and build a relationship with the child after a few appointments (often difficult for a child), then refuse to schedule a new appointment because they say they now don’t take your insurance anymore, even though your child’s claim for service has never been denied and your account has always been paid in full on the date of service. After calling and verifying with the insurance company, insurance ensures that they do cover them and will pay for services there, as they always have. Abc123 still denies you, forcing you to find a new dentist for a child and start the process of getting comfortable with a dentist all over again and delaying care because of the time it take to find a new dentist and get in as a new patient. Then after telling you they will not take your child as a patient because of “insurance”, they continue to pester you with emails and text messages to schedule an appointment! This place is a huge disappointment and I wish we would have never went there to start.
