WAY way over priced. They have this "per job" pricing. They charged me $200+ for a 1 hours job to install a toilet. Catch is, they charge you $98 to show up to give you the estimate. Choose someone else!!!! Check out the recent reviews on FaceBook
We had used Arnold once in the past to replace the laundry valves behind our washer and did a great job.
Since we had a good experience, we called them recently when we had a leaking garden hose valve. Two two plumbers that were dispatched charged us $89 to not even attempt to fix the leak.
Granted, our hardware is old and we are on a slab. I can understand not wanting to replace the whole sillcock, but they could have at least replaced the valve packing to stop the leak.
Arnold and Son's put a hot water heater in for us about 6 months ago. We were unable to pay the entire $1200 at the time of install so we were allowed to owe them approximately $300. Four weeks after the water heater was installed they sent us a letter saying that the heater was defective and they would need to come back out to re-install a different unit, at our expense! I refused to pay them the balance of what I owed them, and had a different company do the work. They are now suing me and trying to garnish my wages, while never making any attempt to make it right. I will never recommend these guys.

The people at Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating replaced the water main and explained really well what they were doing. They were here the next day as well. I used to have someone from Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating come over to clean the sewer lines for me. They're knowledgeable and tell you everything you need to know. They get the job done pretty quickly!
All we needed was a elbow on a line that busted (they said it would cost 280 just for that small piece) and they pretty much told us we a screwed till monday. So we have to go without water and power until someone gets out here.....you should not put that you are open 24/7 and then say you can't come out when we call....
I will not use anyone else but Arnold & Sons, they are courteous and efficient!!! They provided us with great service and they were very quick about clean up!! I really appreciate that!!! Thank you guys!!!
We had a major water leak. I had never worked with Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating, but I decided to try them out because there were several other companies I didn't want to work with.
They showed up on time and did a very good job. They were professional, affordable and really nice to work with. I'd use them again in the future.
The fella who came out was very informative and answered all my questions, he left everything neat and tidy.

Arnold & Sons did a good job. They put a shower in the basement, and a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal in the kitchen. They were on time, did good, clean work, and everything looks good and works well.
They told me what the problem was, they showed me what the problem was, and they fixed it. Then cleaned up and finished up by giving me a couple quotes on future work. Thank you.
Everything went just like Arnold & Sons said it would. Everything went well. What they said would happen happened. They fixed the problem. They came out, knew what they were doing, and there was no messing around, they just did it.
I had a clogged main. Tree roots had grown into the line. Arnold's came out ran a snake down, cut out some roots and cost about $400. A month later main is clogged again. Called Arnold's back, they wanted $400 to come out and attempt clean it again. So I called Roto Rooter to clean out the main. Roto Rooter costed less and has been over a year and the main still has not clogged
called for main sewer line clean out - paid 392.00 on monday and on wednesday it backup again..they came back out, snaked line again,(so far so good, right? WRONG) the man rammed the snake through, instead of working it back and forth resulting in a broken cutter in my sewer pipe,( i guess that this is when this company just gives up and says "aww screw the customer, we're done") they shoved that through and would NOT re-snake it properly (i.e. a back and forth motion at the root mass area) so basically i paid almost 400.00 for a half done job a hole rammed through a root ball instead of it being CUT out....TERRILBE!! call someone else people, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. as for for me i'm going to go rent a snake and do it myself i can't screw it up any more than they did!!!!!
