Worst experience ever. The employeess are not knowledgable at all! Called a couple of times to cancel because the policy was renewing and was going up. I received instructions on what to do to cancel, followed, and 6 months later I am paying collections because they decide I didn't give enough time, although, I did just as they instructed! Having to pay 2 insurances at once. From my experiences I suggest you stay away!!!!

These people care only about money. I never had to file a claim with them, but despite my balance being paid in advance, they sent countless threatening letters to me, and even cancelled my insurance. At least they assured me that it was reinstated. I hope so, since it had already been paid.

Avoiding these people would be the very best thing you could do. I can't even imagine what it must be like to deal with them if you ever had to make a claim. I'll bet you would be waiting three months to get a letter from them saying that you owe them money.
