If it were possible I would give this place negative stars! I'm on vacation and went in here and asked if they accepted my insurance. The front desk women, Would not answer my question and we're vertical rude on top of it. They said they couldn't answer my question until after I was seen. Obviously to entrap people with a hefty bill! Instead I went down the street to Physician's ER. They were friendly, honest, upfront and had the best Dr.I have ever seen at an ER or quick care clinic ever!!! Whatever you do don't go to Northshore!!!!

I've been here twice now,the last time just two days ago when I wanted to know of I had pneumonia or not. There was no wait, and Robert, the overnight RN was great.I had a chest X-ray and was told I had pneumonia. They wanted to do a CT to see if there were any blood clots they said. I passed on the CT,got my scrips, had a breathing treatment and went home. The next day they call saying there's a nodule on my lung and they'd like me to come in for a CT. So,they could see the nodule the night before, why not tell me about it then?_I think this is a moneymaking technique: we see something new, come back for expensive test you declined last night. They did the same thing the first time I went there: called the following day with a we-found-something- story. Something they could have and should have discovered during the initial visit. Of COURSE they wanna use their big, expensive toys... I think there's something fishy in Denmark..

My wife calls me saying I'm dizzy and just feel little headed and throw up. I'm headed to the "ER IN PORTLAND!" I make my way there and all that was said was she haves and ear infection. The onsite doctor writes her a prescription for having and upper stomach and send her home. Less then two weeks later she hand the same sickness but worst. So we go to her doctor and she's telling us that my wife ear was so infected any longer it could infected the brain. We should her the first perception and what the doctor from urgent care told us. To tilt her head from side to side give times in one seating five times a day. And the so called prescription he gave was, was for motion sickness! Please please save your money and time not going to "urgent care in Portland." It's safer seeing a school sub nurse then the doctors here. Staff rude treating us as if we're taking up their time. As we walked out there was way to much horse playing and laughter in the nurses station. At any given point we forced the employees to come to work and that how we were treated, burdened to them.

(SCAM) I used their services on 1/17/2015. Worse service I have ever received from any healthcare provider. I went in for a ingrown toe nail and asked before being admitted if they could remove the nail. I was told by the lady admitting me "sure the can remove that toe nail" with that being said I went ahead with check in. once in there, the doctor said "We don't have time for that, I will write you a prescription and send you on your way". 1233.00 for medical center and 600. for doctor and no help. I had the nail removed at a specialist 2 days later for 300.00 complete job. This place is only out to scam you of your money. They led me to believe nothing different. Please save your self a lot of heart ache. Go some other place for treatment. Hope this review was helpful.
