After a long 12 hours on the job, on the way home my transmission cable broke, and disabled my vehicle in traffic, Ray and Nick responded, provided a solution and placed my vehicle safely in my yard. Nick took a chance on me paying for my nephew’s towing service via phone. He’s in college and didn’t have funds on him. He was very professional and text me a copy of the receipt within seconds. He made sure my nephew was taken care of. Hope not to need any tow service anytime in the future.
