I love Paris Nails. They always remember my name & how I like my nails.

i went in to get a basic mani/pedi, i was quoted 48 and was charged 63. they did my mani while i was getting my pedi. i couldn't even turned on the massage chair. i asked for black tips and my toes were done in black my my fingers were done in navy blue, when i came back, about 5 minutes after i left because my suspicions were confirmed when i walked outside, they said no refunds or redos. also the painted tips on my finger nails don't completely cover the natural white tip of my nail. overall expensive, poorly done and not relaxing at all. i will not return to a Paris Nails ever again.

This salon gets 0 out of 5 stars, even though the site requires a star rating. Not only do they not know what they are doing, they do not know customer service. Polish lumpy, uneven nail length, dents in acrylic and they put the acrylic far down on the nail so that a fill is needed within a week. Unacceptable. Refused to redo, fix or refund. How do they stay in business?
