Today my husband took a PSP back to Tony's Pawn shop which he bought last Thursday. The owner told him that he was able to bring back the game system by Monday. Well its Monday and the store clerk informed my husband he would not accept the system back because there is a sold as is policy (sign not seen visible in store). The clerk also accused my husband of damaging the equipment and trying to bring it back for a new one.Bottom line the items for sell are horrible condition or in my families case "not working" condition and the service clerks are very rude and coniving.
