      I've taken my car to them 3 times (I think 3rd time was the last). I believe they do good work, but John makes promises he doesn't keep regarding when they will look at/finish repairing your car, then offers no apology (or even excuse) for the delay. So if you're totally flexible about someone keeping your car days longer than you expected, they're your guys.
