I searched for a florist in Sacramento area as I don't live in that area it's hard for me to verify for myself of any reputable shops. I picked A and M Florist randomly and at the end I have to say this has to be the best shop for flowers and service ever for a long time for me.

Second time I use them was for a last minute Valentine order for my friend because I was busy the whole day dealing with my Realestate business. I called in at the end of the day and the lady told me all the drivers had left for the day but will put something together and deliver it herself on the way home.

This place is pretty helpful, I had to get some flowers to my lady that same day. I put the order in around 10am for the same day deliery and so I called in to verify and this lady calm me down and rushed my order through for me personally.

I normally don't give out 4 or 5 stars for normal customer service.
