Absolutely love Marks Ark. We got our dog and several lizards/geckos and always get our bugs and other supplies here. No matter how busy it is the customer service is great and I'm always helped in a timely matter. They always make time to help and answer any questions I have. If they don't have something they always try to get it in. I've never had a problem here I've been shopping here for years.

MY DAUGHTER WHO IS 17 THEY SOLD HER A PUPPY THEY TOLD HER IT HAD ITS FIRST SHOTS BUT THEY DIDNT GIVE HER ANY PAPER WORK ON IT LIKE WHEN IT WAS BORN OR WHERE THEY GOT THE PUPPY WE CALLED MARKS ARK THEY SAID IF WE HAD THE DATE SHE BOUGHT IT ON HE COULD GIVE US THE VACCINE INFO THE PUPPY SHE BOUGHT HAD SPECIAL MARKINGS ON IT YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT DOG IT WAS THERE WAS NOT ANOTHER DOG LIKE IT THERE WITH THOSE MARKINGS WE KEPT ASKING WHERE DID THEY GET THE PUPPY THEY KEPT SAYING IF YOU GIVE ME THE DATE YOU BOUGHT IT ON I CAN GIVE YOU THE SHOT INFO ITS LIKE HE DIDNT WANT TO SAY WHERE HE GOT THE PUPPY
I HAVE BEEN THERE A COUPLE OF TIMES( MY DAUGHTER HAS NOT) AND EVERYTIME I HAVE SEEN DEAD ANIMALS STILL IN THEIR CAGES THE SMELL IS REALLY,REALLY BAD YOU CANT EVEN TAKE A DEEP BREATH ,THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE POOR ANIMALS THEY DO SELL THEY ALSO SELL ANIMALS TO MINORS WHICH I FOUND OUT SINCE IM NOW TAKING CARE OF THE PUPPY IM NOT SURE IF THE LAW REQUIRES YOU TO BE 18 TO ADOPT AN ANIMAL BUT THEY WILL SELL ANYTHING TO ANYONE JUST TO MAKE THAT ALLMIGHTY BUCK SO IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS LOOKING FOR AN ANIMAL DO NOT BUY ONE AT MARKS ARK THERE ARE PLENTY OF REALLY GOOD DOGS AT THE SHELTER I JUST WISH THAT SOMEONE WOULD LOOK INTO THIS AWFUL PLACE AND CLOSE THEM DOWN

Overall I had noticed The business is small and crowded overall. My experience was horrible! Some of the animals were not taken care of as they were sick with diseases. I had noticed two dead, fairly big catfish in a tank with other live fish. A juvenile parrot for almost 2,300! I will not be purchasing nor visiting this store anymore.

Love the staff! Always nice to talk to and they give good advice! Plus they have cricket cards 35$ for 1,000 and you can pick up 100 at a time! I only go to Mark's Ark!

I just got a fish tank and everything I needed to set it up. Brent was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me everything I needed to make my daughter very happy. As far as the people complaining about the smell its a pet store full of animals what do you expect. By the way it isn't that bad. Thank for the the great experience ive never heard my one year old say wow so many times.

I was wondering if u guys would buy snakes? 1 albino red tail boa 4 and a half feel then albino bermeise python 6 1/2 feet?

If I could leave a quarter of a star I would. I needed to get pellets for my birds and I went in this store because I have seen it on searches online before. When we got there, you could smell the stench before you even walked in the door. I walked in and was looking around for the food and saw the poor birds that are in this store. It was very upsettingto say the least! The birds are not in adequate cages, they hardley had any toys, and they all looked so sad! I finally found the food, and upon asking a girl there, she replied not many of our customers feed their birds pellets. What?! Then you should be suggesting that they do! Its for the health of the birds! I also was looking for some toys for my birds and everythig in the entire store was full of dust. I mean, come on! I know dust can be cleaned...but I wouldn't buy any of their toys because they looked so gross. Who keeps a business like this?! I had a look around at reptiles and most of them weren't in adequate cages either. I don't know how these people stay in business. I will never go back and I recommend every one else to find a better pet store to go to. Will be going to the on ein Sandy next. Hopefully that one is cleaned. Just because the store is labeled as "pet store", doesn't mean it has to be filthy. I wouldn't even touch the cages of the birds for fear that I could transmit something to my own birds :) Very Gross!!!!! :(

Store is absolutely filthy, cluttered and foul smelling. The staff thinks they know more than they do in most cases. Way over-priced and unprofessional reptile caging. Many of the staff are nice and helpful, but the owners a real piece of work. One of my least favorite stores of an kind. Blows my mind they are as successful as they are.

I love this place. They have the most reptiles I've seen in one petstore. And they have such a wide variety as well. All animals look healthy and staff is very helpful. Great store.
