I went in for a color change on my toes and eye brow waxing. First thing…it took this woman over an hour to do just a color change on my toes. Yes, she did do a little extra but it was horrible. She dug at my toes so much that I had to go to a doctor bc I had an infection in 4 toes. They were red, hot, swollen, and had puss (once the doctor drained them). The polish bubbled up the pealed off the next day. She clipped my toe nails, and it looked like a toddler did it. Some were short, some were long, and some were crooked (at a slant). This was my first and now last time I will ever go! And I will definitely share my story/experience as much as I can! Stay far away from this place.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! My daughter went in tonight for a spa manicure for prom tomorrow and the lady caused my daughters cuticles to BLEED! Then they had the nerve to ask, "Are you sure you didn't come I that way?". My daughter is devastated and is still bleeding. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I wouldn't rate them ANY stars if I could.

charge cost more, but don't do good job, i have Eye-flash extension, a manager doing for me ( i look her license name is Jenny ), but it's fall out after few days, come n get money back, she refused to talk, let a front desk girl talk to me, n then talk to her. That is kind of rude, when customer not happy w/ job she have been done. Would not recommend to anyone w/ this salon. n never come back.
