Foul up after foul up, uncaring - without question one of the very worst professional experiences I have ever had. Avoid at all costs.

As a direct result of the work done by the supposed dentist that I saw at Gentle Dental in Santa Barbara, California, BOTH of my upper FRONT TEETH are NOW MISSING COMPLETELY AND FOREVER!!! Not Because of THAT DENTIST AT GENTLE DENTAL, I NOW need TWO FRONT IMPLANTS which will, by the way, cost around $10,000.00; additionally, the root canal that dentist did on me needs to be REDONE!!! CRIMINALS!!! YOU SHOULD GO TO PRISON!!!!!!!!!

I have never had such a poor experience at the dentist. I was a client for over a year at Gentle Dental because they were the only office who took my insurance. The reception staff is rude and incompetent when setting appointments. They often make you wait 30-45 minutes to see the dentist and often you have to wait longer in the chair. The dentist are average. I've had to go back multiple times to have them re-do the same crown. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you'd like to have quality work done in a reasonable amount of time.
