      Most of the food comes from Frank's Quality Produce which has always offered the highest quality farm fresh produce and customer service located at the Pike Place Market. 4th Generation Burien Residents, Frank Genzale & Frank Yellam Jr. proudly announce the opening of Frankie's B-Town Bistro. Authentic Italian food, with friendly service, great ambiance, comfortable atmosphere, delicious food and a full service Bar. Our specialties are hand-made pizza with the freshest of ingredients. Fresh caught fish and handpicked produce acquired daily from the Pike Place Market. We have unique and delicious appetizers with dinner creations by Chef Dre. Our goal is to bring family and friends together, to share our relaxed atmosphere and reconnect with our community. We will remain united to our Italian Heritage and bring the tradition of "Food is Love" to our venue. Amore! The opening of this new Italian Restaurant in Burien is exciting and needed. Come taste the freshest, most delicious Italian food around. Frank Genzale has partnered with his cousin Frank Yellam who both are related to the Vacca's. Remember Vacca's Pumpkin Patch? It used to be on Des Moines Way? For all those old time Burienites. Here is a bit of trivia, did you know that the land where the 3rd runway now sits used to primarily be farm land? 4 generations of farmers have come together to open the fabulous Frankie's B Town Bistro.
