He has a secretary that is very rude, she hung up on me multiple times after attempting to get her name and my settlement information. I called back to speak directly with Chet and after asking my name she hung up on me. my last attempted call she said "is this how u start your mornings?" This happened today the morning of 9/19/16.I also tried leaving a voicemail where she picked up the line and hung up so i was unable to leave a message directly to Chet. I called back about an hour or so after this ordeal requesting to speak with Chet again. She replied (still wont give me her name) "this is why you have a court date, i said i cannot speak to him directly to try fixing this mistake, she said absolutely not, then i said ok i can just come into the office, she said she would call the cops and have me removed after all she did to me this morning. I replied, in no way am i threatening you i just need info to fix this mistake, she said see you in court and hung up again.
