So surprised when I ordered the Mongolian beef. It is full of sugar and has more potatoes in it than beef. YUK! If I hadn't ordered this at the drive thru and driven all the way home before discovering this, I would have sent it back, asked for a refund and left. Really deceptive!! The only reason this place gets a star is due to the nice girl who brought the food out to the car from the drive thru!

Five Spice is the best chinese food in town! My wife and I have tried every place in Springfield and surrounding and it is by far the best period.

Very expensive for what you get!

This is, by far, the best Chinese restaurant in the Springfield area. The food and the atmosphere are both worth driving to the northeast side of Springfield! I have never dined at a Chinese restaurant quite like this. You have to see it to believe it! I really was blown away at how beautiful the restaurant was, how pleasing to the eye AND palate the food was, and how comfortable and pleasant the staff was toward us each time we've been there! The prices are a bit higher than the run-of-the-mill chinese restaurants, but it completely worth it! This is a great place for dates, special occasions, etc. BONUS! They even have a DRIVE THRU! I thought was odd, because of how upscale they are! However, I'd like to have an order of their Lobster and Cream Cheese stuffed Wontons over McDonalds ANY day of the week! I love Chinese food, and have ate a lot of the areas restaurants. This one is the best by leaps and bounds. Try it out!!!

How has this place not gotten any reviews??!! It's wonderful. When we moved here, we were disappointed to find there was not a PF Chang's restaurant. But, after eating at 5 Spice, we decided that it would be our new "date" place. The food is excellent, the service is terrific, and they have great drive-through prices! I only wish there was a 5 Spice in South Springfield, closer to where we live!
