good work

I used Fiberama twice to install a garage door. The first one was damaged by Superstorm Sandy. The product is okay but there customer. Service reps when you call rhe Staten Island location are a poor representation of anything. I also used them to install my sliding doors after the storm and the only complaint is the poorly fitted screen which pops out of the frame too easily but since I dont use the screen often and dont want to desk with their rude customer reps I did not contact them about it.

I purchased a Garage door from Fiberrama in 2002. In beginning of July the cable wire broke, so I called the Hyland Blvd store and spoke to a women who said she would get back to me sometime later in the day. Well I did not hear back from her, so I called again and was informed by this person that they only come out twice a month to fix garage doors. And she would have to get back to me with a date. Well I called someone else in the Yellow pages who came that day and fixed the door within 20 minutes. Needless to say I am still waiting for a call back from Fiberama I will never purchase anything from them again.

Screen porch looks good, but my door leaks everytime it rains and

Fiberama doesn't call the manufacturer and find

out why it leaks so my problem can be solved. I'm afraid to put any type of

flooring thinking that the water will ruin it. Fiberama didn't brother to follow

up. I guess i'll have a leaky door forever.
