Absolutely horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Everytime I go in this place, the service is terrible. My food is either cold or burnt. Don't even waste your time here.

I came here to find out who owns this restaurant, as I could not believe the childish woman I spoke with there did as she claimed. After reading these other reviews, here and elsewhere, I guess I was wrong. Before I could even tell her calmly why I was walking out after waiting at the table for 45 minutes and no food, she was already raising her voice, pointing her finger in my face and blessing me out. When I asked if I could record this behavior to show to the owner she insisted that she was the owner, and that no amount of "complaining" would make any difference.



That's all I needed to know, ma'am.

This IHOP is by far one of the worst. I recently visited the restaurant with a group of friends. One of my friends ordered cheese sticks. When her meal arrived, she noticed a fried cockroach was on her plate. The manager was notified. However, she was unapologetic, and did an awful job of fixing the issue. My friend was charged for her meal, all except for the cheese sticks. I do not agree with how the situation was handled. The employees are very rude, and the sanitation is horrendous. I refuse to spend my money at any of the IHOP restaurants.

This is the best ihop in the whole world there isnt more friendly in the world i love them all especially susan and melanie they are great and all the waiters are fantastic they have great people at the register who help you and are very nice i just love it there and i wont stop going there
