Reuses food, not pay staff so new ppl all time, fools health dept. don't believe ask for tour. True

Howard delivers! As promised the food at our wedding was so delicious. the presentation was incredible and the service was first class. We were nervous at first because of the distance from our venue to his facility but Howard assured us it was no issue at all and he was absolutely right. We got so much more than we paid for. We couldn't have done it without him and his team. Thank you!!

This review is LONG overdue, but well deserved. I hired Tiffany's Catering for a low key BBQ picnic style wedding at Stewart Park in Ithaca, NY. I originally contacted them about 6 months in advance -- they were quicker than most to respond, and actually listened to what I wanted and quoted it accordingly (many others tried to shove in extra costs that I didn't want). The prices were incredibly reasonable, and the options were flexible.



I handled all the planning for our wedding, and asked Howard & Eric (of Tiffany's) a TON of detailed questions ahead of time, so I could really understand and plan around the big picture. They were always pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and quick to respond. They were even able to use all vegetarian ingredients for the side items!



The only reason I hesitated going with Tiffany's is because of the large handful of negative reviews I found online. But I guess those should always be taken with a grain of salt - people are far quicker to review when they are unhappy rather than when they are satisfied. Plus some people who have never worked in the service industry have very false expectations.



In the end, I'm *incredibly* happy I decided to stick with them - they arrived on time (I also rented ceremony seating from them, so they had to arrive even earlier for setup) - the bartenders were sweet people, I'm told the food was great (as the bride, I regret not having the time to really enjoy any of it), the staff were really awesome people, full of character - and the setup & teardown was so efficient, they were all cleaned up and gone before I even noticed!



Would use them again for any future events, no question.

I was recently married and my fiancé and I hired Tiffany’s Catering for the reception. Our event was at a family member’s camp, which while beautiful with its scenic views and waterfront location has nothing else that is needed to throw a party for 200 people. However, our party planner from Tiffany’s was great. He came to our camp and helped us figure out all the things that we needed/wanted for our big day. Our decision to go with Tiffany’s was definitely correct, it was one stop shopping, not only did I get the menu I wanted but all the rentals I needed as well. Our reception was fantastic. I heard nothing but great reviews on how excellent the food was and how great of service people were receiving. My fiancé and I definitely noticed how happy our family and friends were throughout the reception. If you’re in need of catering services I highly recommend giving Tiffany’s Catering a call.

Tiffany's Catering Company recently did our spring wedding. We went with the "buffet number 2" option then added some appetizers and the bar. The food was spectacular, and the people raved about the appetizers all nights. The guy that was in charge, kept everything running smoothly the entire wedding keeping us on track and making sure all the food stayed fresh and warm for the entire line of guests. The bartenders were friendly, and even started knowing some of the guests and would have their drinks ready for them when they saw them walking up to the bar. You do not find that kind of customer service out of wedding bartenders often. I will recommend Tiffany's Catering to any and all of my friends and family members and will be sure to use them again.

I retired about month back and Tiffany's catered the lunch party at the office. The food tasted great and looked excellent. I was surprised that they actually brought chaffing dishes for our lunch drop-off, most caterers just leave the food on the counter top in disposable pans for other lunches we have had. The staff that came to setup and break down was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food he was dropping off which was nice and the fact that he was prompt was an added bonus too. A very professional company that I would recommend to anyone that asked me about them. Thank you to Tiffany's for making my last day of work a good one.

AWFUL this business does not deserve a start. They where late. They overcharged me and said sorry we made a mistake but did not give me a refund. They invited people to my daughters wedding to taste there food. Strangers eating the food that we paid for. Did not even bring knifes, or small plates I could go on and on. Eric is awful, do not trust this outfit. They should not even be in business.

Please take the time to do your homework and DON'T blindly trust the positive reviews here. I can't believe they were written by anyone other than the owner or his staff.



This company ruined our party and many others. Do research and you will find they are very nice at the beginning but things turn quickly. Especially once they get the cash which, you will soon discover they will demand before they start the event. Protect yourself and clarify the payment terms IN WRITING before you hire them. They seem to be experts at holding you hostage the day of the event - I can only imagine that this is because they know you'll be disappointed.



In addition, the manager Eric's mood swings and mannerisms are beyond belief and are totally unprofessional. If he's having a bad day - so will you!



They've been in business a long time and they must have put on a good party or two, but everything I've discovered indicates to me that they take the "there's a sucker born every minute" approach to their business and don't care much about anything other than getting your cash and moving on to the next sucker.



If you decide this company is right for you, I would advise getting everything in writing and keeping your expectations low because this place is not "Tiffany's"
