Do not use this florist! I ordered roses to be delivered to my girlfriend's office on Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered, despite charging me extra to ensure a Valentine's Day delivery. My girlfriend's office is on the same street as this florist! I called three times and left messages but no one picked up or called me back. The next day they told me the flowers weren't delivered because two people called out sick.

Working out of state, I called to have a birthday arrangement sent to my dad, WHO happens to be in the hospital on his birthday. When my mom called to say he received the arrangement, i couldn't have been more disappointed...it was absolutely awful!! The color combination was poor, and they used cheap flowers. I even asked for the larger size, knowing it'd be more expensive AND likely more special, especially considering it was going to someone in the hospital. Was i wrong! I can't even say it was nice! Never again Simcox!
