This place is really a waste of time. Ugh. I'm so aggravated. The phone system has you going around in circles trying to reach a practitioner or your Dr's answering service. I've been trying to get blood work done on a very important gene test, which my insurance approved, but somehow the people at this office don't understand that, and here we go around in circles some more. Communication is awful. They said they had to put in an insurance request for the blood test again, (when all they had to do was call my insurance company) (which they had told me to do myself, prior, and my insurance company basically said that they are knitwits, having me do the work for them) anyway, it's been over a month again and still no phone call back. Wow, this place blows big time. How does this practice stay open??

Terrible bedside & Don't bring ur partner if he's Arab

I find it odd that Dr.Goldberg received a good review. I went to her back in March for a specific reason because she was recommended and because the research she was doing is specific to my needs. Her research program coordinator said I was perfect for the study, but when I went in to meet with Dr. Goldberg, who would have thought I shouldn't have brought my Arab partner. Not only did I feel bad for him, I wanted to get out of the room as fast as possible. She made fun of his name twice and even chuckled at it. The appointment lasted about 30mins and not only did she ignore him for the entire visit, never once did she address the real reason why I was there. She asked for a specific document from my previous doctor and when I told her that her nurse told me not to bring it, that she would request it if needed...she still belittled me beyond belief and said I should have brought it anyway. Long story short.....become a mind-reader, expect poor bedside manner and oh yeah, if you happen to be involved with an Arab...stay away from the office because she will make him feel like he's not there anyway. POOR JUDGEMENT AND VERY BAD ETHICS!!!

TERRIBLE!!! The nurse practitioner insulted me by laughing at me for being in pain...really? The wait time was long, I was never addressed by name, and they were VERY unprofessional. I left in tears feeling violated. NEVER GO HERE!

My first exam was fine, with D...

My first exam was fine, with Dr. Turner. I have yet to return for my second annual exam. I did, however, return because of a virus I contracted, and was helped by Carol Bronte, CNM who was amazing and very helpful and understanding of my concerns. Unfortunately, she left town just as my test results came in, so I left a message to talk to her about treatment options when she returned. Before her return, another nurse practitioner, Susan called me and was very accusatory and belittling, not to mention unhelpful and uneducated on the topic. I wouldn't trust her advice and will avoid dealing with her in the future.
