I cannot get a hold of these people. I was told the part to my fridge would be here 7-10 days and it’s well over that. I need my fridge! I am a breastfeeding mother who needs to be able to pump and freeze my milk so that I can go to work but can’t! We are a family of 6 and living out of an ice chest is not working out for us. I am beyond livid. I can afford a new $3,000 but figured since I have warranty, why not? I convinced my husband not to buy a fridge because I had confidence this was the better route but clearly it’s not.

MY REFRIGERATOR WAS LEAKING WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE, I HAD CALL FEW COMPANIES EVEN SEARS, NO BODY WAS WHILING TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL ,AND THEY WANT ME TO WAIT 1 WEEK FOR SERVICE I CALL THIS COMPANY I EXPLAIN THE MY PROBLEM, AND THIS PEOPLE SCHEDULE ME ON THE SAME DAY AT NO EXTRA ADITONAL CHARGE. I'M SO HAPPY MY PROBLEM DIDN'T REQUIRE ANY PARTS THE TECH WAS HONEST AND EXPLAIN THAT ONE OF THE WATER HOSES GOT CRACK DUE TO HEAT ON MY COMPRESSOR HE REPAIR IT AND EVEN CLEAN SOMETHING CALL A CONDENSOR. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SERVICE COMPANY.
