I washed my clothes at this Laundromat a couple of days ago... I washed and dryed them in the usual way that I have always done for the last 41 years of washing and drying clothes. This time, however, when I went to take my clothes out of the dryer, the clothes were literally burning my finger tips from being so hot. 2 hours later, a strong odor was filling up my house, so I called the fire department. Come to find out, the odor was coming from my clothes bag, and when the fire department spread my clothes over the driveway, they were smoldering and the FD has to put the clothes out with a hose. When I called the laundromat, they were rude about the incident saying they never heard of such a thing, and came right out and said there was nothing they could do. Judging from my experience, and the other reviews i've read here, this place needs to go out of business. They have no concern for the customers that keep them in business.

I sent my clothes to them to be washed and they told me they would be done tomorrow afternoon. So the next day I go to get my clothes and they are closed

This laundry mat opened over one year ago and had two owners. One owner was a sweet accommodating woman who should be in customer service. The owner now does not care about the quality or attitude that his workers AT ALL. The young girls that work there are unprofessional and not friendly. Additionally, they ruin your clothes because they literally THROW EVERYTHING in one load. Then after ruining new clothes, the owner does not offer compensation. Awful experience and would not recommend this laundry mat unless you are washing your clothes yourself!!
