I went to this spa to get a mani pedi. When I first came the woman who was first assigned didn't allow me much time to choose a color and when I asked for a couple minutes she huffed and walked away. I was then approached by a different worker and he said he would be replacing the first woman. I received shellac and it was applied sloppily and I only received the polish but not any of the additional services for a manicure but was still charged for it. Less than a week later my nail polish started to chip and fall off. I hadn't done any activities to speed up the process. When I called in to ask if they could touch them up, the woman on the phone said that they wouldn't redo them for free and I would still be charged. I will not be returning. I was very dissatisfied.

I love going here for a pedi. They are very professional an work very hard to make your pedi very therapeutic.

I went to L.A Nails for the 1st time 2 weeks ago services was great the wine was delicious iam planning on taking my daughter for a princess manicure and pedicure

I want to this nail spa and got a pedicure and Medicure when I got my pedicure done the women painted my nails sloppy and asked if I liked the color. I told her no and asked to change the color she huffed and turned to her co worker and spoke in her language leaving me to believe she was talking about me. When I got a new color she put that color on sloppy also. I wen with it and left they have no customer service skills what so ever. And she thought I was going to tip her. Lol my tip to her is to do your job play ur part and I'll play mine as an paying customer. Btw it's not cheap there so you think they would have it together!!!

I wish everyone luck when they visit these types of salons - they do not properly sterilize, so many people end up with nail fungus, check out when you walk in the door at all the nail fungus product they sell! I had fungus on my nails from them and my toenails!! They use the electric file directly on your nail which other salons have told me is illegal. They say they have "shellac" polish but it is not, cause I saw on line that it is by CND and their bottles said Gelish which is a cheaper product. I suggest people should avoid these places and go to legit nail salons! I don't even think most of them are licensed by Iowa to practice! Buyer Beware!!

I visited the New location next to Joann's and it was very clean and spacious. Wait was not too long. They had plenty of seating and iPads to use while you wait. Pedi was great, tech was very friendly. Best part: Free Beverage! I'd suggest the Chocolate Wine. Price was reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I always use them for my Pedi.....wonderful job....and have never had an issue with rudeness. Price is so..so......depending on what you get......I do recommend LA Nails

I think they are very good, and price wise a little expensive but do such a nice job! Clean place, also! There is one male that is SUPER rude...my nails came off the next day!

Since I was from out of state, I asked around locally for a great nail salon. Several ladies recommended LA Nails. I really liked the staff and the salon was very clean. My fingers are very sensitive, but the operator was gentle. Rates are reasonable compared to what I am used to. I thought they were great!

There is a male manicurist there that is very rude and unprofessional! It was my first time and he yelled at me for not understanding his sign language during the pedicure..he also yelled at me for not knowing that I was supposed to have the nail polish picked out beforehand. He was so rude to me that another customer had to tell him to be nice! Also, the female manicurist nearby told him to be nice to the client! I talked to another customer as we were drying our nails, and they too experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism.
