Located in Albuquerque, N.M., Sonic-Mill is a contract machine shop that specializes in machining special parts for R&D (research and development), low-volume and full-production quantity needs. The firm offers contract machining services and ultrasonic machining equipment to its customers. Its ultrasonic milling has capabilities for a variety of unique applications in difficult materials, including glass, ferrite, allumina nitride, silicon carbide and zirconia, to name a few.
