This used to be a great agency. I got some excellent assignments from them years ago. But then I re-signed with them a while back. The first rep I worked with got fired a few months later. Then a new rep I was assigned to blew me off because I supposedly failed an assessment test, which was frankly very confusing, despite that I got glowing reviews from other companies they got me jobs with, and I have years of experience with the skills I was tested for. She also told me that I could not retake the test, which doesn't seem fair. She made me feel like an idiot. I am thinking that my age may be a factor. I am very disillusioned with this company.
