Very knowledgeable staff, store is not fancy but friendly atmosphere, they know guns but are real good at listening to what your needs are.

I walked in with no Idea what kind of gun I wanted for self defense and had a great sales person named Al was very knowledgeable and showed me how to aim and I went and shot the gun he recommended and Woo Hoo! it was perfect! I was very happy! wonderful experience! I walked out with my gun and ammo that day!

I'm not sure if he was being an a**hole or he was being really super nice. Al comes off as very sarcastic and it bothers the sh•t out of me. I go there to buy brass because its the only place I know that has a good selection of brass. Beware... Make sure you inspect your brass before buying, these guys cannot read and will mix lots of berdan primed brass with boxer.

I am NEVER going back. The guy who set up the shotgun range was a total A**hole. I'm not an expert but I have been using guns since I was a kid. He didn't care and treated me like an idiot. It wasn't him just giving a "first timer" type lesson, he was being extremely condescending. He kept saying how bad of a choice my mossberg 500 was, I was wrong to have it, and he refused to walk 20 seconds back to the main area to get my large silhouette target I was supposed to be given when using the rage. Instead I was only allowed to have a small circle target that happened to be left in the room. All my shots would have been silhouette hits but I did not hit the little circle well. This gave him more reason to rant on about how worthless the gun was and I was wrong to have it. VERY DISSATISFIED.
