I initially went to Bodywise because of lower back stiffness and pain that had been bothering me for years. I'd been to several other practitioners in town who would give me short time relief, but the pain always came back. After just a few sessions with Ann Hodel and her team, loosening the area up and following up with some exercises they gave me, I have been pain free - for over a year. As an older (60) woman athlete, I might also add that Ann is probably the best personal trainer any woman can find in this town . As a superb athlete - skier and cyclist - herself, Ann knows how to work with you and your body building strength you didn't know you had. I have never been stronger!

They taught me about posture, how to bend and lift correctly, and educated me on the cause of the problem. From here, the massage therapy, stretches and core strengthening really worked. I am now able to do all of the activities that I love--like skiing and gardening--###without that nagging pain. When my back does rarely flare up, I know what to do and why. ######I love the feel of the clinic--very uplifting, warm and not too "clinical".
