I just recently took my pet cat in to the Arizona Animal Clinic. I was given an estimate regarding the charges that I would be billed for. Upon returning to pick up my cat the charges were quite a bit more than on the estimate. When I questioned the charges I was advised the vet had neglected to add several charges onto the original estimate and that I had to pay the newer cost. When i questioned this with a manager his reaction was to walk away and mutter something under his breath. I questioned what he said he just continued to walk away. In my opinion not a very reputable company at all. I would strongly recomend NOT going to this Clinic.

I take my pets here and they always seem pretty nice. They're office call is 43 bucks and if theres lab tests or something I can't afford, I just decline them and try treatment first. if you want to see how there customer service is, it's as simple as making a phone call. This goes for all clinics and businesses in general. These review sites can't really be trusted.

This animal hospital is very poorly run and has the rudest personnel from two personal experiences. Dirty in the back too. I just read a prior feedback review and agree, 'it's all about money' for this clinic. Their interest in not in you or your precious pets. They show no compassion or respect for new and former clients. Although this is the closest clinic for my pets, I suggest taking your loved pets elsewehere. I find there's a great clinic on Warner and AZ Ave for you who are looking (Next to Walmart).

Im sorry, but I HAVE to be honest......I brought my puppy to your hospital approx. a year ago. This puppy was very sick and I was extremely upset. I loved this puppy. To me, it was clear that he wasn't going to make it very long unless he got the medical help he needed. He was defiacating blood in his diarreah. Where else do you bring an animal having difficulties as such? A HOSPITAL? Of course........well, that's what I thought too. I understand that everyone wants to get paid,dont get me wrong, but I live on a very limited disablity income, and I didnt have all the cash on hand at this time. Well, I didnt get any help either,that's right.....they refused treatment for for my seriously ill puppy. No money, so what? Your animal, will die. This is what I was told. And, on top of that, the doctor was also very rude by telling me in no uncertain terms, " IF you cant afford the animal, why dont you just give it up?" That is a FACT. As you can expect, I was even more upset over this...

I have taken my pets to Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic for many years. I love the staff, and the Vets are the Best. They showed great compassion when we lost two of our beloved cats. They are always friendly and provide you with great information and always answer your questions. I would highly recommend anyone who has pets to take them there.

I have been using this clinic for a while now. Their vets are very knowledgeable and have years of experience. This clinic has been operating in Chandler since 1981. They are very thorough and are always quick to return my phone calls. Dr. Mike Gardetto and Dr. Christina Phillip are the two that I usually use. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate vet.

I had recently took two of my dogs to get fixed at Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic. I used my Maricopa County Big Fix Voucher for both animals. Az Ave Animal Clinic is one of the only animal clinics in Chandler that accept the voucher. The surgery was completely free and I was still able to see a Dr. before the procedure. She was very caring and up front about what was best for my two puppies, and was very straight forward about all the financial costs.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even called to check on both my labs the day after surgery. I highly recommend this clinic. Dr. Kristi is now my permanent veterinarian.

I love this clinic! They are so helpful to their patients and their owners alike. I would recommend them to anyone with dogs and cats for great service!!!

I had checked their facility before boarding my dog. The environment is stinky and dirty. They don't let your dog go outdoor to have some play time. The only area that they can do exercise is a little area(about 3 square feet) and is also where they poo and pee(very clean uh???) They don't allow your dog to have their own toy in their cage. If you provide your own vitamins and had they to feed your dog daily, they charge you extra money. It is unbelievable bad service. It's just like to put your dog in jail in a stinky and dirty environment. I was glad that I checked before I boarding my dog. If you love your dog, they don't deserved to be there. Yes, it is cheaper to other canal, but you know why......

I recently had my new litter of yorkies cared for by Dr. Christina. She was so nice and very knowledgable about all the questions I had. The staff was polite and the building is very clean. I highly recomend Arizona Ave. Animal Clinic to all my friends and I think you would feel the same.
