Rude, Unprofessional, Never calls you, Never tells you that they are adding increases to your bill until you pick it up, don't do what they say they will do. Will never use them again.

Terrible Service. Lies, wont call you, charges more than quoted, dosen't do work promised.

BEWARE OF STOWERS BODY SHOP



As long as I own a vehicle, I will never again patronize Stowers Body Shop. The experience was awful and so was the paint and body work. In my opinion, the technicians lack the skills needed to produce acceptable repairs of any kind. As a recent customer, I understand Stowers businesses ethics are nonexistent. Be careful, some of the body shops in the Kanawha Valley are far from honest. In fact, some collision facilities employ deceitful or unlawful tactics in the conduct of commerce in this state. As a customer, you may find yourself in a sticky situation. Studies have shown, Mom and Pop facilities with ties to the community are most likely to engage in fraud and deceit. For example, in Kanawha County, some brick and mortar shops employ biased adjusters who intentionally overlook damage and pad the final bill in a way that benefits the shops bottom line. In some cases, the damage appraiser will purposely short sheet the estimate and adjust your claim downward. In fact, more often than not, unethical shops will deviate from their estimate and keep the ill-gained money as profit. What is worse, your car may be in a vulnerable position and sustain further damage at the hands of hack technicians. Remember, If you choose Stowers, you should opt for a post repair inspection as soon as the repairs are complete

I dropped my car off and was told it would be fixed within 4 to 5 days. Here it is 11 days later... I called at 9 am they said it is still not ready, they had to order another part. After telling them I NEEDED my car today as my husband works out of town and I need a car to get to work and take my child to daycare, they told me it should be ready this evening by 4 or 4:30 and they would call me back as soon as they knew for sure... Well, they never called me back, I called again, and was told it will not be ready until tomorrow....
