I've been a customer of shooters for maybe 7 years or so and enjoy there selection and haven't had a problem out of any of there policies but as far as the personalities of their employees goes, I really began to enjoy my experience a lot more when I took note of who needed some work on their welcoming attitude and who are pleasant to talk to. Also it's better go on a week day if your going to the sales area because they can get really busy and you might b there a little longer than u like.

Great place to get shot. Range rules not enforced, beginner shooters given no supervision, lots of folks holding guns sideways and spraying rounds. Avoid.

Charged me for a box of ammo that was sitting by their register when I was paying for my items. When I tried to return it they told me that they don't accept returns on ammo. I explained the situation and was told that it is against federal law for them to take the ammo back, there is no law that states that. I ask for a credit in the amount the ammo cost and was told that they would not do that because I bought the ammo.

I spend a lot of time at Shooters of Columbus. They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a firearm or especially shoot on the ranges!
