I'm not the kind of person who reviews things. But man, this was literally the worst business transaction experience in my entire adult life.



I wish I could give this business zero stars.



How awful was this experience? Let me count the ways.



The order was not completed & delivered for 8 months. Or rather, I had about half of it 3 months late, and the "rest" of the order after 8 months from initial order confirmation & payment.



I called multiple times to try to pick up the remained of the order, the owner would not return my calls or tell me when I could pick up my order. He said he would deliver it "that week" pretty much every time I did finally get ahold of him, and, 8 months later, he finally came through.



When I finally got what he said was the last of the order (last week) and counted it, he's 41 items short of what was paid for.



It's about 60/40 for agreed upon colors, the 60% being parts of the order that are wrong.



Sizes are all over the place, none of the size counts match the order I submitted.



The strangest part is that the order was done over email. So he could just look it up if he was confused. Or call me if he couldn't get the colors we wanted. Or I dunno, COUNT before delivery. Or deliver on time. Or complete on time. Or literally just do anything resembling professional behavior at any point in the process.



Seriously, the level to which this was an awful experience is incomprehensible.



DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. NO MATTER WHAT YOU HEAR.
