Dr. Singh completed her Doctor of Chiropractic, at Palmer College of Chiropractic West 2005 and her Bachelor of Science, Psychology, University of California, Davis 2000. She is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with California State Chiropractic Board and holds a California Licentiate Supervisor and Operator Radiography Permit and maintains her BLS For Healthcare Providers. She specializes and is Certified as Advanced Proficiency Rated Practitioner- Activator Methods and Certified OccuCom® Ergonomic Specialist. Dr. Singh is a member of the American and California Chiropractic Associations. She has lived with her family in Fairfield, CA since 1989. She stays Involved in community events and serves a Board President for the Fairfield Main Street Association.
