To put it simply, customer service in the service department is not only terrible, it's practically nonexistent. Today I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. I brought it in shortly after they opened shop and expected to receive a call when it was ready...but no one ever called. 8 hours later, I decided to just go and see if my vehicle was ready. All of the service desks were unattended and there were several other customers looking lost & waiting to be helped. Finally, someone came out - while eating a sandwich - and announced that they had no idea where my service printout was and that they could not locate the key to my vehicle. This obviously came off as nothing short of incompetent and untrustworthy. No apologies or explanations of any sort are ever offered. This is the 3rd time I've received unsatisfactory treatment at this establishment. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and I will STRONGLY discourage anyone I know from ever wasting their time or money here.

I am just about as capable as these mechanics without a lift or proper set of tools.

Mr. Larry Rogers was my salesman. I must say that he was professional, courteous, and humurous. We(my wife and I) do appreciate how hard he worked to get us this car.In just these two weeks it has saved us a lot of money. DO NOT USE!!!!! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!!! I had a couple of issues with my new Jeep and it took 8 visits, going to their regional boss, and myself yelling at some one to get them to realize that this is not right. This place is a joke. Unprofessional, mechanically inadequate, and after the sale is complete, will treat you like you owe them money. I made a huge mistake by even considering this dealer as a choice, man I am a sucker for using Hendrick Chrysler. I wish I could do this all over again and I will NOT use my free oil changes with this place. Their mechanics are horrible, I would not trust then to change a hub cap. I could go on but the best thing I could tell you is learn from my mistake, DO NOT USE HENDRICK CHRYSLER JEEP

To busy to provide information and/or service. Even the collision manager walked pass and didn't offer a "can I help you or, some one will be with you in a few minutes". This was at 1:25 PM. 8/11/11. No one at the help desk? Body Shop. Took my business somewhere else.

The service department is fantastic. When I set an appointment they are ready for me, I get accurate and fair quotes, the service is always prompt, and I feel safer once they have worked on my PT Cruiser.Thank you so much !

I took my car in because the check engine light came on. First trip cost me $500. The 2 days later it came on again. Took it back in and they told me the PCM needed to be replaced which would cost $1000. I went and got my car to do some research first and found out a PCM is only $250 and that it took about 30 minutes to replace it. Well I decided to have someone else check it. Two other people had told me that it was the gas cap. $20 later my light went off just from replacing the gas cap. The Jeep people even tried to convince me that I should just trade in my Jeep for a newer Jeep and they would give me $2000 for it. HA! Blue book value for fair condition is $7000. Total rip off and I will never ever take my car there again or refer anybody there. I think it sucks that they try and rip off military wives with their husbands deployed. Don't worry...if you are not a military wife with your husband deployed...they will probably still try and rip you off.
