my girlfriend took her car to have the belts replaced. they broke her ac and smiled the whole time they asked if she wanted it fixed.
I had my vehicle in their shop to have repair work done and got my vehicle home to find they had not done the work they charged me for. Went back and confronted salesman and he just straight out lied to me. The mechanic looked at my vehicle and had a sheepish look on his face like oh crap we're busted we got caught. I Demanded my money back. These guys are con artist and will rip you a new one if you give them the chance. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I will keep this short and tell you I had my vehicle at this Firestone shop and i was charged for services that were supposed to be done to my vehicle and we're not done. I found this myself after I had gotten my vehicle home and discovered the work had not been done. They just flat out lied and tried to cover up not doing the work. Very dishonest people working there. Save your money and save your self the aggrevation and take your vehicle anywhere but here
These guys are professional......professional crooks! I am a licensed mechanic, new to ft.smith and they were close to my house, but won't be back. First I bought tires for my car because they had a sale. When I picked up the car the tire pressures ranged from 20-40 psi, obviously lacking attention to detail, and very unsafe. They called me mid-repair claiming I had 3 stuck lugnuts. not sure if they did this to try to charge me more, fortunately I told them not to touch them and that I would fix them myself.
Today I went in because one tire had a slow leak. The guy at the counter tried to charge me $25 to fix the flat (the going rate posted on their chart behind him and everywhere else in town was $15 (or less). After that they tried to tell me that my brand new tire was ruined and needed to be replaced. I called B.S. and said I wanted to see it. The tire was totally repairable(and safe to repair). Needless to say I told them to put the wheel back on and I would go somewhere else. (btw got it repaired by a reputable tire shop who said it was safely repairable all day long) This all took 45 minutes yet they pulled it in right away. turns out they were going over my car with a fine tooth comb nitpicking everything. Besides wasting my time when all I asked them to do was fix a simple flat that should take 30 minutes max (more like 10) They presented me with $1800 in recommended repairs, 15% that were legitimate needs, and 85% trying to majorly upsell me by using fear tactics.
These guys will take advantage of you, and are very good at doing it. After mentioning my story to other co-workers they said that they had heard similar stories.
