Very professional. True concern showed for my ferrets. Dr Ritzman has provided excellent care to them, developed a plan of care for the ones with illness and the treatment is working! I am kept informed and have always had a positive experience.

We have had a great experience with the entire staff at Cascade Hospital for Animals! We have two "kids" that need a lot of care and are regular clients for both routine and emergency care. We really appreciate the extra time that they spend with us as the pet parents to explain all the options available before we make a decision for necessary care. We don't live close but feel that their services and care are perfect for our "kids" and that it is worth the drive. Many thanks to Dr. Anderson and Dr. Abel for helping us keep the 'kids" healthy and for recommending great care options for us. We wouldn't go any where else. Thanks for being there for us and the "kids".

All my fur babies love it here! I can't imagine having to take them anywhere else. My Great Dane was having problems gaining weight and I was very pleased with all the suggestion I got.

I continue to be impressed with the quality of service we receive at both locations. I am able to get appointments set within the week, receive thoughtful care for both my animals. The staff are all friendly and efficient. They provide a variety of unique services, engage in and host several community events, send out useful information in their newsletters and provide quality care for a fair price. I recommend all my friends to them especially since they have 2 locations.

I went to this veterinarian for years before moving out of the area. I would highly recommend them... although expect them to be higher priced. They make up for that in quality service.

This is the finest animal hospital in the Grand Rapids area. Many top notch and caring vets will always put your animal at ease and treat them with the newest and best treatments for any ailment.

I would travel miles to see my vet and am only grateful the office is in fact nearby. The whole staff is efficient and obviously loves animals. I have a rescue dog and she is treated like royalty by everyone at Cascade. I have confidence in their diagnoses and their care, and also have faith that they really care about my dog nearly as much as I do. Just watching Dr. Happel handle and talk with my dog makes it clear that this is a woman who truly loves animals and wants to make their lives as healthy and happy as possible.

If your dog has been injured and needs an orthopedic surgeon, this is the place to go. They are a little more expensive than the other "local" veterinarians, however when it comes to surgeons knowing what they are doing, they get the job done.
