Went in today because my muffler supports rusted off. Bo was extremely helpful and gave me great pricing and was good at customer service. He made sure my car was road ready and that I wouldn't need to come in again for those issues. I highly recommend them.

Save yourself money (not to mention your engine) and do not, under any circumstances, trust your vehicle to Muffler Man. Ive been stressed out for the last few days about my muffler going bad thinking it was going to cost a arm and a leg. When I woke up this morning I decided its time to bite the bullet and get it fixed! I googled reviews and came across MM on plainfield. With great reviews I figured they got lucky and I would still have a outrages bill. NOPE!! $75.00 and a 30min later I was on the road sounding better then ever!! The owner hooked me up!!!!! I am very impressed with this muffler man! Not all of the Muffler man locations are the same! I recieved far better service at this location than any other. I have had my exhaust replaced 3 times (dual exhaust) in the past three years and most recently was having more problems with it sagging down. The people at muffler man showed me the problem and fixed it free of charge for me because I had used a different muffler man in the past. The mechanic workikng on my car(35 year veteran)told me he wanted me to be happy with the work and was very down to earth and personable. He really showed he cared about me. You don't see this type of service enough. I know where I will be taking my business from now on.

This is THE BEST Muffler Man out there by far. I've been to this location twice and I will definately return again. They always give me the best price and do quality work. I also have never been there for more than a half hour so its fast and dependable service. The owner and his wife are very friendly and welcoming. They have a clean shop/bathroom and have magazines, food, and drinks for everyone. I'm a twenty year old blonde college student who has a father that works on cars. Sometimes hes just to busy to do a repair and I always go to this shop because I know they won't BS me because of the way I look! LOVE THIS PLACE and reccomend it to all.

i went to this place thinking the worst after leaving midas they said i needed 900 dollars worth of brakes so i figured shop around mabey save 50 bucks i turns out i only needed front pads and clean and adjust rear drums 140 dollars thanks muffler man
