John came out to my home gave me an estimate, thought it was high but i hired him. He guaranteed the roof would be free of mold and would come back for 3 years.
He would at first return calls, and promise he would work me into his schedule. He never did. The next year he complained his equipment broke down and he had to fly a repairman in from Florida, but he would get to me. He is not trustworthy, He was on the phone with his crew so concerned for his money which he was paid as promised, but he does not hold his end of the bargain up. His crew left equipment at my home. I called to alert him, he was so grateful to me for calling him. But he will not return the honesty. I would not give him any star.

John visited my house in the summer of 2014 and gave me a good quote to remove the mold from my roof, then sent his team over. They cleaned my roof, which turned out well. Problem is the chemicals used killed 4 Burning Bushes and an Arborvitae. A few days after his team left my bushes began to lose their leaves and the Arborvitae started turning brown. I called John and he told me I was the 3rd or 4th person to call him (can't remember the number) complaining about plants. He told me the manufacturer of the chemical told him he must have had a bad batch. John told me it's never happened before, and that he'd be out of business if he killed plants. He sent over his guys, and they fertilized and watered the plants. That didn't help at all, and they all died. He told me he'd take care of me. He didn't. After calling him numerous times, he finally answered this past Spring, 2015. He said his friend at a nursery would do the job for me. No one showed up, and now John won't answer his phone. I would never in a million years recommend John or his company. His word is worth nothing. CD.
